24th March 2012 - Training ride (Hay on Wye)



Usk to Hay on Wye for a coffee and ice cream, soaking up the sun. Then after 50 miles it was time to head home over the Gospel Pass, what a climb! Fantastic views as you can see below.....

    Think you might just find that coffee, welshcakes & icecream (weather permitting) play a big part on this ride :)
